The room featured a separate shower and a bath. A mini fridge was stocked with water upon my arrival. I appreciated the iron and ironing board available. The pool bar provided acceptable service and a nice atmosphere.
I found no coffee-making facilities in my room. This absence was unexpected. I needed this amenity for my stay.

Breakfast included ample choices and an omelette station. It provided a solid start each morning. The food offered at the pool bar was quite delicious and readily available throughout the day.

Staff members were really good and created a friendly atmosphere. The reception staff were notably helpful and offered assistance whenever needed. Cleaners were keen to clean the rooms every day which impressed me.

faulty televisionunresponsive support
The in-room coffee setup was misleading. I expected a coffee machine as advertised but there was only instant coffee. The television also malfunctioned it switched off after ten minutes. I contacted the advertised WhatsApp group but got no response.

i was a bit disappointed. the room felt dated. it seemed some time had passed since any upgrades occurred. there weren't many facilities in the room unless i specifically asked. also, the mini bar was empty, and there was no tea or coffee available initially.

Fantastic Stay at the Golf Resort

The pool area was excellent. There were plenty of sun loungers available. Breakfast had very good choices. The bed was comfortable, I especially enjoyed the pillows. I found the duvet nice too.
The minibar in the room was empty.

The hotel is quiet and relaxing. It is close to restaurants. The location also offered nice views across the golf course from my room (the green scenery was great!).

The hotel boasts great facilities. The food was fabulous at the pool bar. You can get food and drinks in the hotel bar when the pool bar closes. There is also a golf course available.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Jose at reception was nice. Patsy at the pool bar was very helpful. I thought the service was very attentive and met all my needs.
